Tawa Cooked Veg

Ingredients

  • Lady Finger – 1 Cup Slit Half (Fried)
  • Potato – 2 small (Cut in Strips & Fried) (Not for Weight Loss)
  • 1 Tomato (Pureed)
  • Onion – 2
  • Brinjal – 2 small (Cut in Strips & Fried)
  • Carrot – 1 (Cut in Strips & Fried)
  • French Beans – 4-5 (Cut in Strips & Fried)
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Oil
  • 1 medium onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic Paste
  • 1-2 Bay leaf
  • ¼ tsp Kasuri Methi
  • ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Coriander Seeds
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • ¼ tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1-2 Green Chillies (Bharva)

Instructions

  • In a Pan add few drops of Oil and Add veggies that are cut into strips, fry them well and keep it aside for some time till we prepare other mixture
  • In the same pan add oil & with it add Cumin seeds, Bay leaf and Kasuri Methi, Sauté It well
  • Add Onions finely chopped with Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté the Mixture Well
  • Once the mixture is well Sauteed, Start adding other spices like Red chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Seeds, Garam Masala and Salt to taste. Stir it well and do not allow the mixture to get stick to the base of Pan
  • Into the same add Tomato Puree and Other Fried Veggies Before
  • Add Amchur Powder stir well, Add 2 tsp of Water and Cover Lid of Pan
  • Once the Vegetable is ready Garnish with Coriander and Bharva Green Chillies
  • Serve Hot!!! and relish it with Paratha or Roti’s
