Stuffed Bhindi Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 – 12 Bhindi – Okra
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Gram Flour – Besan
- Few Drops of Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup of Curd
- ¼ tsp Coriander Powder
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ¼ tsp Carom Seeds
- ¼ tsp Asafetida – Hing
- 2 flakes of chopped Garlic
- 1 Onion
- ½ tsp Kasturi Methi
- Coriander
Instructions
- In a Bowl take chopped Bhindi. To it add Red Chili powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Gram Flour, few drops of Lemon and Mix it well.
- In another bowl take 1 Cup of Curd. In the Curd add Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala and whisk all this together.
- Place a Pan on gas, once the pan is hot, add oil to it.
- Add the Bhindi in pan and stir fry it properly. Once it is stirred fried, remove it in a plate
- In the same pan add Onion and stir well. Next add mustard seeds, cumin, carom seeds, hing, garlic to it and give it a good mix
- Add the mixture of curd to this and sprinkle Kasturi methi over it
- Now add the stir fried Bhindi to this gravy and top it up with some fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve Hot!!!
